Ed Sheeran sees the world in a whole new way.
In an interview with iHeartRadio Canada, the “Bad Habits” singer talks about no longer needing his signature glasses after having Lasik eye surgery.

“It took about 45 seconds per eye,” he said. “It was something that I went to do right before To divide, and they told me I couldn’t do it because my eyes were so bad.
Eventually he met a doctor who said he could actually do the operation and did it.
Sheeran then compared the eye opening after the operation to the movie “Limitless”, in which Bradley Cooper takes a pill to give him 100% of his brain’s capacity.
“I have spent my whole life wearing glasses,” he said. “I have seen through Perspex for the past 28 years and then opened my eyes after laser surgery, everything was in color. I could read everything, it was amazing.

He added: “I’m so annoyed that I didn’t do it before. I missed 10 years of awesomeness.
But Sheeran also admitted that he still had all of his old glasses on and turned them into clear lenses for when he wanted to “look trendy.”
